FIREARMS PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS

NO SALES OUTSIDE THE USA. All purchases must be paid for within 14 days. Purchases not paid for with in the 14 day period will be re-listed and the purchase/sale will be canceled from the system. Purchasers who are picking up at the store will be required to fill out a form 4473 and undergo a FBINICS background check. The background check is not required for purchasers who have valid purchase permits or a CPL issued on or after Nov 5th 2005. Firearms purchases that are shipped must ship to another FFL. A signed copy of a valid ship to FFL must be accompanied with the payment in order to assure the purchaser of expeditious shipping and to assure the right gun is shipped. When including the FFL please be sure you include the FFL contact name, phone number, fax number and email address when available. In addition The purchaser must include their full name, address, phone number/numbers and email address. C&R Firearms will ship to valid C&R, however the full name address, phone numbers, email address is still required for this type of purchase. Black powder guns, ammo and antiques require a valid and current photo ID; again along with all the contact information.
